This isn\'t just a gardening job. It\'s a chance to shape outdoor spaces while empowering autistic individuals to take part in meaningful work. Based at our Head Office and working across sites in Worksop and nearby areas, you\'ll collaborate with service managers to create and maintain beautiful, welcoming gardens.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has hands‑on gardening experience (personal or professional).
- Can share knowledge and teach others with patience and enthusiasm.
- Believes in equality and inclusive opportunities for all.
The role is 22½ hours per week over 3 days (Monday‑Friday).
Salary £18,394.93
