We are one of the largest registered autism specific charities in the East Midlands who wants to have a positive impact on people’s lives.

We are seeking a Data Engineer to support data-driven insight and analytics, developing and maintaining data pipelines from a range of source systems.

Working closely with operational users you will examine current systems and develop automated reporting to provide business information linked to business KPI’s that is tailored for various levels and will improve visibility.

This is an opportunity to shape, modernise, and influence.

You will

  • Implement data quality checks and validation within pipelines
  • Ensure datasets adhere to agreed governance, security, and access control standards
  • Apply data engineering standards for version control, documentation, and testing
  • Present data in an accessible format using Power BI or other appropriate platform.

You should have

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python and the use of API’s
  • Data engineering experience
  • Familiarity with version control and basic development workflows
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn from feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
