Autism Anglia is seeking a Lifeskills Instructor for the Connect Center in Colchester.

You will lead the Life Skills Department, develop personalised activity plans, and support adults with autism and learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals.

Role involves planning diverse activities in-centre and in the community, monitoring progress, and ensuring safe, low-arousal support aligned with individual plans.

A compassionate, patient approach is essential.
