Autism Anglia is a wellâestablished independent Charity. We have an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in the effective day-to-day management of their responsibilities. As a member of the Administration Team, the EA will work alongside the Head Office and Executive Team for Autism Anglia creating and supporting a caring and inclusive culture.
Location: Head Office, 846 The Crescent, Colchester Business Park, Colchester, CO4 9YQ
Salary: Up to ÂŁ29,000 (FTE) based on experience
Hours: Partâtime: from 25 hours per week (9:30 to 2:30)

About The Role
- Provide highâlevel administrative and organisational support to the CEO, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, board sessions, events, and strategic planning activities, ensuring agendas and reports are prepared accurately
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking for the CEO
- Maintain accurate records, files, policies, and confidential information, including timely updates and compliance
- Support communication with staff, trustees, service users, and external stakeholders in an inclusive and professional manner
- Provide frontâofâhouse support at the charity's head office, greeting visitors and acting as the first point of contact
- Use Microsoft Office tools effectively and monitor progress on key organisational priorities
- Work flexibly, demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and handle sensitive information with discretion
