Intraprendenti e vogliosi di iniziare un percorso nel settore automobilistico innovativo basato su un NUOVO modello di Business orientato ad un nuovo approccio commerciale il SOCIAL – LEADS MANAGEMENT. Authos S.p.A. cerca talentuoso DIGITAL STRATEGY MANAGER per la pianificazione strategica adv e lead generation legata ai nostri account social media.

Il candidato parteciperà alla definizione della strategia digitale sui vari canali e le properties dell’azienda. Parteciperà inoltre al coordinamento e alla gestione a livello strategico e operativo delle attività di lead generation e della gestione delle attività di advertising all’interno del team marketing, in un sistema integrato di azioni strategiche e tattico-operative.

Il candidato avrà il compito anche di definire e strutturare i principali workflow di marketing automation e di definire i processi all’interno di piattaforme di CRM. Il candidato svolgerà le attività di web design all’interno del team marketing, seguirà lo sviluppo e costruzione di siti web e landing page delle varie presenze web e collaborazione dell’azienda.

Competenze Tecniche Richieste

  • Conoscenza ed utilizzo delle principali piattaforme di Analytics
  • Competenze sulle principali piattaforme di advertising: Facebook ADV, Google ADS, Linkedin ADS, Twitter ADS, TikTok ADS // Web Advertising
  • Gestione della Social Media Communication.
  • Utilizzo delle principali piattaforme e strumenti di marketing automation
  • Creazione e contenuti in ottica SEO
  • Conoscenza e definizione dell’utilizzo dei processi di CRM
  • Padronanza dell’utilizzo di tecniche di project management

Responsabilità

  • Progettare e implementare una strategia di social media adv per allinearsi agli obiettivi di business
  • Gestione delle piattaforme Business Manager e Google ads
  • Ideazione e creazione di campagne di Lead generation
  • Gestione e controllo del budget di sponsorizzazione
  • Monitoraggio dei KPI e controllo delle performance
  • Misurazione analitica dei risultati e redazione di report
  • Stabilire obiettivi specifici e rendiconto relativo agli investimenti effettuati
  • Effettuare ricerche sulle tendenze attuali del benchmark e sulle preferenze del pubblico
  • Collaborare con il team digital marketing e business intelligence

Requisiti

  • Esperienza dimostrata nella gestione del budget di advertising
  • Esperienza approfondita nell’utilizzo del Business Manager e Google Ads
  • Esperienza dimostrata nella creazione e gestione di campagne di Lead Generation
  • Ottima conoscenza di Google Analytics
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
  • Abilità analitiche e multitasking
  • Esperienza professionale comprovata come digital strategy manager
  • Creazione o modifica di template Html, Creazione Layout grafico e mockup
  • Ottima conoscenza di HTML, CSS
  • Conoscenza ed utilizzo delle principali piattaforme di CMS
  • Utilizzo dei principali software di image editing (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Forte orientamento al Responsive Design
