We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital products. You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams—including Engineering (R&D), Legal, and Business stakeholders—to execute the product roadmap, prioritise features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and strategic business goals. As part of the Product Team, you'll collaborate closely with Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and the Product Designer to shape the business context and define the rationale behind our initiatives. A key aspect of your role will involve working with external solution providers and government entities. You'll also be responsible for independently preparing documentation and resources to be used across the organisation and by our clients.

Your experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Manager role (preferably in a regulated industry such as identity, fintech, or crypto)
  • Experience in building SaaS products will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the latest trends and practices in digital identity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills
  • Analytical mindset and data‐driven decision‐making approach
  • Fluency in English (Polish is a plus)
