Your Mission At Authologic Authologic is bridging the gap between traditional KYC and the future of digital identity. Our eID Hub is a game-changing solution for companies worldwide. To effectively scale this revolution, we are not looking for a "campaign executor," but a leader and strategist who will become the primary engine of our marketing efforts. We are looking for someone to take the lead, dive deep into our processes, and not be afraid to say: "this we are doing great, this we need to improve, and this we are doing too slowly." We seek someone who can translate the chaos of data into a precise plan of action.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Independently designing and implementing a global Account-Based Marketing strategy.
- Critical Eye: Auditing our current activities.
- Building the "Growth Engine": Designing lead generation processes that provide real support to our international sales teams.
- Tool Selection: You have a free hand in choosing the tech stack and metrics that will best measure our success and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Business Partnership: Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer – your analyses and forecasts will have a real impact on the direction of the entire company’s development.
What We Expect From You
- Experience and Intuition: Minimum 5 years of success in Account-Based Marketing (SaaS / Fintech / B2B Tech).
- Autonomy in Action: You are a "self-starter" – you identify the problem, create the solution, and carry out its execution.
- Global Perspective: Experience in scaling marketing across international markets (EU, Middle East, USA, LATAM).
- Analytical Mindset: For you, data is the foundation of strategic discussion, not just numbers in a report.
- English Proficiency: C1/C2 level is our standard for communication with the market and partners.
What We Offer
- Base salary + participation in the Authologic Inc. Employee Stock Option Program.
- Remote-first culture with access to co-working spaces (we're a remote organization, but we meet occasionally in the office and during our quarterly offsites).
- Good start-up vibes, ability to work with ambitious people, and access to the YC network via Authologic founders.
- We give you a lot of space and autonomy to take action – just tell us what you need!
