Reporting into the VP Consumer PR, the Coordinator PR and Influencer Marketing will support the execution and day‑to‑day operations of PR, influencer, and talent activity across the Lifestyle Fashion portfolio within the EMEAI region. This role is highly collaborative and hands‑on, supporting the delivery of product seeding, influencer gifting, campaign coordination, talent and agency communications, events, and administrative processes across multiple brands and markets. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, partnerships are managed smoothly, and regional teams and partners are supported with best‑in‑class execution.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Support the day‑to‑day execution of PR and influencer marketing activity across the Lifestyle Fashion portfolio in EMEAI.
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting initiatives across influencers, talent, media, stylists, and key partners.
- Manage gifting logistics including product tracking, shipping coordination, inventory management, approvals, and reporting.
- Support ongoing always‑on influencer engagement and relationship management across regional markets.
- Assist with influencer and talent campaign coordination including timelines, deliverables, content tracking, usage rights, approvals, and reporting.
- Work closely with Legal and external partners to support contract creation, editing, approvals, and processing for influencer, talent, and agency agreements.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencer agencies, licensees, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and campaign execution.
- Support media and influencer events, launches, press appointments, market activations, and brand experiences as required.
- Assist with preparing campaign recaps, coverage reports, influencer performance tracking, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and update influencer, media, and agency contact databases across markets.
- Monitor cultural trends, influencer activity, and competitor campaigns to support team insights and planning.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the PR and influencer function including invoices, budget tracking, PO support, meeting coordination, and status updates.
- Support sample management, showroom coordination, and product organisation where required.
- Work collaboratively across PR, Social, Creative, Brand Marketing, Licensing, and Commercial teams to support integrated campaign delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 1‑3+ years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, fashion marketing, communications, or talent relations.
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, social media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting gifting, seeding, influencer campaigns, events, or PR coordination is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage administrative processes and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Confident working cross‑functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social/influencer tracking platforms is a bonus.
