What You’ll Do

Reporting to the SVP, Integrated Marketing - EMEAI, the Director, Integrated Marketing will support the development and execution of the consumer marketing strategy across the Lifestyle Fashion portfolio within the EMEAI region.

This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and integrated campaign execution across multiple consumer touch‑points, with a strong focus on supporting regional licensees and partners with best‑in‑class marketing plans and activation strategies.

The Director will act as a key day‑to‑day lead across the region, managing partner relationships, driving campaign alignment, and ensuring marketing initiatives are effectively executed across digital, retail, influencer, experiential, PR, and paid media channels.

Working closely with internal Brand, Commercial, Licensing, Creative, PR, Retail, Social, and Business Development teams, this role will help deliver integrated, culturally relevant marketing initiatives that support both brand growth and commercial objectives across EMEAI markets.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Support the development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the Lifestyle Fashion portfolio in EMEAI.
  • Lead regional marketing coordination and execution across digital, social, retail, influencer, experiential, PR, and paid media channels for specific brands.
  • Manage monthly marketing meetings with licensees and regional partners across EMEAI, ensuring alignment on priorities, campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables across all Lifestyle brands.
  • Build strong relationships with regional licensing partners and provide ongoing marketing support, guidance, and best practices to elevate local execution.
  • Support the implementation of annual brand marketing plans and regional activations tied to key product launches, retail moments, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints and regional markets.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class campaign execution across multiple territories and channels.
  • Support the adaptation and rollout of global campaigns and creative for regional markets, ensuring local relevance and executional excellence.
  • Work closely with Social, PR, Creative, and Influencer teams to develop culturally relevant content and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Licensing, and Retail teams to support marketing initiatives that drive business growth and retail performance.
  • Help identify partnership, activation, and audience growth opportunities across the region.
  • Monitor campaign performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify optimisation opportunities and inform future planning.
  • Track marketing deliverables, timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis across campaigns, markets, and brand activations.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, marketing recaps, strategic plans, and partner‑facing materials.
  • Help define effective ways of working across internal teams, external agencies, and regional partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8‑10+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or consumer campaigns, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or entertainment brands.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, influencer, retail, experiential, and consumer marketing.
  • Experience managing regional stakeholders, licensees, distributors, or external brand partners.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing supports broader business objectives.
  • Experience using consumer insights, cultural trends, and campaign performance data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of marketing planning, campaign execution, content development, and reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and marketing reporting platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
