We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team at All Saints Academy, Weymouth, as a Teaching Assistant. If you are either an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to begin a career in education through supporting young people with SEMH or ASC needs, supporting those with medical conditions, and are committed to having a positive impact on their lives, we welcome your application. The focus of the role is to support the pupils' learning, wellbeing and ensuring positive behaviour for learning, along with maintaining the classroom environment to a high standard. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.
