The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.

The main duties include assisting the teacher to provide care and support for students within classes, creating a safe inviting learning environment, and promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students. You will have a dynamic, exceptional, and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all our students while understanding each student is individual and has different needs. Preferably, you will have experience of working with young people with additional needs including childhood trauma, alongside SEMH and ASC. Experience within a similar setting would be beneficial but is not essential; however, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate that they can engage with young people and build positive relationships.
