What You’ll Do

As the Coordinator, Licensing - Entertainment you’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operations support to our EMEAI Business Development and Brand Management team.

You’ll focus heavily on researching the market, prospective clients and contacts, and assisting the team to achieve the financial target for our portfolio of brands in the region.

  • What You’ll Be Working On
  • Support Business Development Projects
  • Execute market research and business landscape analysis and prepare findings.
  • Aggregate and synthesise research about prospects and clients for incorporation into business development efforts.
  • Execute market research and analysis and prepare findings for the sales team.
  • Support the Business Development leaders in the development of market strategies for emerging markets within the region to drive business development opportunities.
  • Identify new IP and category expansion opportunities across the Entertainment portfolio.
  • Participate in meetings and calls where required; take necessary notes and communicate to all stakeholders for reference and action planning.
  • Aggregate and synthesize research about prospects and clients for incorporation into business development sales efforts.
  • On-going research for prospect markets, companies and key contacts.
  • Learn, understand, and apply brand strategies to research work.
  • Support Sales Pitch Development and Preparation
  • Assist with deal process, lead generation and prospecting, research key partners and geographies.
  • Facilitate collection of specific pitch deck needs and coordinate deck editing and preparation with in-house creative.

Organize brand materials for incorporation into pitches and presentations.

  • Support implementation of new and ongoing sales efforts for the team.
  • Provide Daily Operational Support
  • Assist in drafting Contract Summary and Executive Authorization forms for execution.
  • Assist with scheduling of calls and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing for pitch meetings including compiling data about prospect background and synthesizing communication history.
  • Prepare conference space for in-office sales meetings, prospect, and client visits.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for data, reports, and other information as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendars, travel, expense, and department logistics.
  • Organise and manage projects as needed.
  • Perform Sales Administration Duties
  • Partner with Business Analysts and CRM administration to develop and create reports and dashboard.
  • Support weekly business development internal reporting and tracking.
  • Create and prepare reports in Salesforce.
  • Update client and contact Salesforce records as needed.
  • Must Haves
  • Experience in business development or licensing administration in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Is an accomplished communicator; you’re great on the phone, via email, and in-person.
  • Possesses an eager demeanour with a fearless and professional drive to win; substantial cold calling and other forms of outreach are required.
  • Has a curious, research-oriented mindset; you can find data and information that others can’t.
  • Lives in the details and does things right the first time.
  • Is fearless about asking questions and gaining clarity on performance expectations and target outcomes.
  • Has exceptional organisation, attention management, and time management skills.
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Has a strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
