- Collaborating with internal creative, production, partnerships and communications teams to deliver culturally relevant content.
- Managing external agencies, creative partners and collaborators where required.
- Staying ahead of platform trends, audience behaviours and emerging technologies to evolve content strategy.
- Using insights, analytics and audience data to optimise content performance and growth.
- Balancing long‑term campaign planning with reactive real‑time content opportunities.
- Maintaining oversight of social reputation, audience sentiment and community engagement.
- Owning reporting across social channels for internal stakeholders, as well as commercial partners.
Must Haves:
- Several years of experience across social media, creative strategy, digital marketing, art direction or social media integrated campaigns.
- Experience working with high‑profile talent or premium global brands with high profile ambassadors.
- Strong portfolio of innovative social campaigns and culturally impactful content.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and evolving social platforms.
- Highly creative with strong instincts for storytelling, visual direction and audience engagement.
- Confidence to champion ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social trends, internet culture and platform behaviours.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience working in fast‑paced agency, entertainment, sport, fashion or brand environment.
- Passionate about sport, fashion, entertainment and culture.
- Discreet, diplomatic and comfortable operating around high‑profile individuals and confidential projects.
