37.5hrs, Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Weekly Rotating)
Starting total remuneration £32.90 - (Starting salary & shift allowance, increasing with progression)
As a Trainee Printer, you will:
- Start your printing journey in our Pre-Press department for a brief period of time, developing your foundation knowledge of the printing machines and their functions.
- Progress swiftly into a more hands-on training position with support and guidance from our experienced printers, learning all the technical knowledge you will need to fully run the print machines.
- Be enrolled onto The FIA Academy Flexographic Skills training programme, which has been designed by expert flexographic printers, and will provide you with a professional qualification after completion.
- Become more skilled and influence our Continuous Improvement Culture and bring forward ideas for improved efficiencies and innovation.
- Lead by example and ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Work alongside the Pre-Press department and the Finishing Department to allow for an efficient production flow.
