Reporting hierarchically to the Site Director and functionally to the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for all Human Resources activities across both Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe sites in the UK. You will ensure alignment with group HR policies while adapting them to local legislation and the specific needs of the sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in the UK.
- Oversee and coordinate all HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, disciplinary procedures, etc.).
- Manage a small HR team: 1 HR Adviser and 1 part-time Payroll Specialist.
- Support managers in building engagement, developing teams, promoting company culture, and reviewing team structures to create effective and high-performing organizations.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Contribute to Group HR projects and initiatives (training, HRIS, talent management, mobility, etc.).
