The Customer Services Representative reports directly to the Commercial Manager, working alongside and supporting the Account Executive, satisfying customer requirements in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Working as part of the Commercial team, the Customer Services Representative responsibilities are:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring we are their preferred supplier of choice.
  • Build a strong teamwork ethic with the Account Executive and External Sales.
  • Liaise with colleagues at all levels to ensure work flows smoothly through the business, keeping all stakeholders up to date.
  • Process estimating enquiries from External Sales and Customers, collating and issuing to the Estimating Team for quoting, using software systems in place.
  • Process customer forecasts, liaising with the Account Executive, using software systems in place, taking into consideration:
    • Customer required dates
    • Board availability dates
    • Sampling, trialling, artwork and proofing requirements
    • Print and outwork requirements
  • Process customer call-off requirements ensuring correct stock rotation.
  • Stock reports.
  • Resolve and process invoice or credit queries.
  • Any additional duties requested by Management.
