Lead and inspire a team of five finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the full spectrum of financial management P&L, Balance Sheet, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information.
Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements, maintaining strong governance and internal controls.
Drive performance and profitability through cost control, CapEx management, and insightful financial analysis.
Act as a key business partner, supporting operational and commercial teams to enhance efficiency and deliver sustainable growth.
