Join Autajon Group, a leading international packaging manufacturer, as our new Customer Service Representative within our Commercial Department! Simply Cartons are part of a growing packaging group, delivering high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions for premium and luxury brands. Founded in 2006 and based in Nottingham (UK), the sites joined the Autajon Group in 2023 and together employ around 200 people. Simply Cartons specialises in eco-conscious carton packaging, while Simply Luxe focuses on tailor-made luxury boxes. Both share a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and a people-focused culture, where finance plays a key role in supporting business growth.
The Estimator reports directly to the Commercial Manager, supporting Account Executives and External Sales teams, satisfying customer pricing requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Process enquiries from Account Executives and External Sales using software systems in place, in a timely manner, considering:
- Profiles
- Quantities
- Material suitability and costs
- Print requirements
- Finishing requirements (amending machine speeds where relevant)
- Outwork and associated costs
- Origination
- Delivery / stock holding requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
