Autajon Packaging Simply Cartons is a leading packaging and containers manufacturing company offering a range of professional services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and work alongside the Account Executive, supporting the commercial team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, establishing us as their preferred supplier of choice.
  • Foster teamwork with the Account Executive and External Sales.
  • Liaise with colleagues at all levels to ensure smooth workflows and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Process estimating enquiries from External Sales and customers, collate and forward to the Estimating Team for quoting, using available software systems.
  • Process customer forecasts, liaise with the Account Executive, consider required dates, board availability, sampling/trialling/artwork and proofing requirements, print and outwork requirements.
  • Process customer call‑off requirements ensuring correct stock rotation.
  • Prepare and manage stock reports.
  • Resolve and process invoice or credit queries.
  • Carry out any additional duties requested by management.
