Redesign the furniture world with your strengths. In conjunction with the current sales lead and using your wide skill set, you will look to develop and nurture strong relationships with key targeted clients to drive business growth and profitability. You will provide an important and proactive link for the client with the relevant Bene departments required to support and grow the sales relationship. You will collaborate effectively within a dynamic and successful team environment. You will operate from our design-led showroom in Clerkenwell serving as a hub for creativity and innovation. You will be supported by our great sales support and competent specialist departments in the planning and preparation of offers.
Qualifications
- You are passionate about: Working alongside sales lead & building relationships quickly. You thrive in collaborative environments effortlessly partnering with sales leads to establish and nurture client connections fostering a culture of trust and reliability.
- Good presentation skills and working in a team: With excellent presentation abilities and a team-oriented mindset, you adeptly convey complex ideas and concepts while seamlessly integrating within diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Sales expertise: Armed with a keen commercial sense, you understand how to leverage strong client relationships to drive sales growth strategically capitalising on opportunities to expand market reach and maximise profitability.
- Design conceptualisation and quotation preparation: Your expertise extends to quote preparation and design packages for rendering allowing you to deliver comprehensive solutions that resonate with clients and drive business success.
- Sales Tools: You have experience with common sales tools (CRM ERP).
- Growth mindset: You see ways not obstacles even if it gets rocky.
