We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the delivery, scaling and continuous improvement of our Global NED & Senior Advisor Program. Reporting to the Principal, Global NED & Senior Advisor Program, this role provides program expertise across planning, delivery, governance, change and communications, working with senior stakeholders across geographies. The role supports the effective deployment of Non‑Executive Directors and Senior Advisors across investment portfolios and governance forums, contributing to informed decision‑making and long‑term value creation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, document and continuously improve program frameworks, processes and governance.
- Coordinate global stakeholder input and approvals.
- Develop high‑quality materials for senior internal and external audiences.
- Project manage delivery of program toolkits, guides and knowledge repositories.
- Research best practice, peer activity and market trends.
- Coordinate annual assessment cycles for internal and external nominees and Senior Advisors.
- Maintain records, reporting, workflows and communications.
- Support technology solutions to enable scale, efficiency and data‑driven decisions.
- Support events and recruitment activity, managing complex logistics and stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience across teams focusing on Investment, HR, Advisory, Risk/Compliance, Change, and/or Governance.
- Significant exposure in either investment, asset management or institutional environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management capability.
- Excellent writing skills, including sound judgement on tone, structure and level of detail appropriate.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills with high‑quality reporting and presentation ability.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and external advisors.
- High attention to detail, resilience and comfort with ambiguity.
This position is based at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
