This role will be responsible for ensuring AustralianSuper UK\’s (ASUK) workplace operations are effectively managed and delivered, with a focus on Work Health & Safety within the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the office, acting as the central point of contact, including office conditions & facilities, mail, rosters, security, and reception duties.
  • Managing ASUK\’s Work Health & Safety (WHS) obligations, including:
  • Managing relevant controls and obligations (including as control and obligation owner/controller).
  • Sitting on and contributing to the International Offices WHS Council.
  • Acting as lead emergency services contact.
  • Managing first aid and fire warden teams.
  • Ensuring legislative and organizational requirements are met.
  • Reviewing new or changing legislation to determine impacts and implementing necessary controls for compliance.
  • Assisting with WHS tasks related to emergencies, incidents, and crisis management.
  • Fulfilling tenant obligations for leases and landlord obligations for subleases.
  • Managing workplace assets and office capital works (relocations, fit outs, renovations).
  • Managing budgets and expenses for workplace operations in London.
  • Conducting space analysis, business need analysis, headcount modeling, capacity planning, and utilization monitoring.
  • Overseeing third-party vendors involved in workplace operations.
  • Planning in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Organizing workplace induction programmes for new employees.
  • Preparing workplace operations analytics and reports.
  • This role is based onsite at London King\’s Cross Estate, with a hybrid work schedule.
