The opportunityAs a Business Analyst specialising in Calypso, you will play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives that support AustralianSuper's global investment business. Translating front, middle and back-office business requirements into effective Calypso solutions and functional requirements. Supporting the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment and transition into business operations. Analysing current-state processes and identifying opportunities to improve business performance through technology and process enhancements. Configuring and supporting Front, Middle and Back Office capabilities within Calypso to meet Treasury, Portfolio Compliance and Risk requirements. Supporting data analysis, transformation and migration activities across investment systems and platforms. What you'll bringWe'll be looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in capital markets and investment platforms, ideally with extensive hands-on Calypso experience. Experience as a Business Analyst, Calypso Specialist or similar professional within capital markets, implementation or support environments. Strong understanding of front, middle and back-office investment operations. Experience across areas such as collateral, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, payments, regulatory reporting, securities finance and performance attribution. Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and managing requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement. Experience with financial products such as fixed income, money markets, foreign exchange, derivatives, repos, structured products and asset-backed securities will be highly regarded.
