Your new role:
As the first Fund Accounting seat in our London office this role will provide proactive advice for the finance & reporting team and more broadly on investment transactions due diligence & valuations oversight and governance. This will include:
- Technical Accounting
- Deliver Fund-Level and Single-Legal-Entity specific accounting reports and calculations
- Up to date knowledge of accounting standards and practices
- Oversight on accounting due diligence for the Fund, aligning with tax and transaction, and operations areas of the business
- Accounting Policies
- Lead the development and enhancement of accounting policies for our UK and US offices
- Oversee internal audit findings and implementation, in addition to external audit process and be the key point person for the International Offices
- Liaise with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure all relevant Finance risks, obligations and policy requirements are identified and mitigated
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with all business domains, establishing strong relationships globally
- Support the Head of International Finance with communications and reports for Senior Leader Committees and Boards etc
You will need:
- Relevant Accounting Qualifications
- Significant exposure working in Finance (Funds or Audit)
- Excellent track record of accounting skills and up to date knowledge of accounting standards and practices
- Outstanding communication skills, working with stakeholders, managing tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and in a close-knit team environment
This position is based at London King\’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund\’s global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
