Join our expanding Liquidity and Implementation team to help expand and manage our global Securities Finance & Collateral programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, highâimpact team operating in a sophisticated, fastâpaced markets environment.

The role:
In this role, you will contribute to liquidity resiliency, return generation and effective risk management across securities lending, synthetic financing, repo, and collateral optimisation. You will support dayâtoâday portfolio oversight, recommend new trades and strategies, build out new balanceâsheet management capabilities, and strengthen relationships across counterparties, custodians, and internal teams. This is a handsâon, frontâoffice role where your ideas and insights will directly shape program evolution and market execution.
What You Will Work On:
- Support development of synthetic financing (swap) capabilities and integration with broader lending/collateral programs.
- Assess internal vs. external build/buy options for financing and collateral processes.
- Contribute to optimisation logic for allocating securities to their most efficient use case.
- Help onboard the program into the Liquidity & Treasury Management System.
- Build and enhance access to liquidity providers and market counterparties.
- Conduct research and recommend new trades, trade formats and strategies across Securities Finance, Repo and Cash Collateral.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Support endâtoâend management of securities lending (physical and synthetic) and collateral workflows.
- Monitor counterparty risk, collateral adequacy, and LGD stress testing; recommend remediation where needed.
- Develop and maintain Eligible Collateral Schedules and risk limits.
- Manage lifecycle events including expiries, resets, and rollovers.
- Contribute to reporting, compliance, and mandateâaligned portfolio oversight.
Business Management & Governance:
- Partner with broader Liquidity & Implementation teams to align financing returns with the Fund's efficient beta decision.
- Build relationships with borrowers, brokers, issuers, triparty custodians, and the agent lender.
- Support wider structuredâfinance and Liquidity & Implementation initiatives.
- Drive strong governance, risk controls, and continuous improvement within the UK regional program.
What You Bring:
- Relevant degree / qualification in finance or similar.
- Strong experience in frontâoffice Securities Finance / Balance Sheet Management environments.
- Impressive understanding of institutional bank balanceâsheet drivers, liquidity, and capital rules.
- Understanding of credit risk/economic capital modelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a global, dynamic, and highly collaborative team.
- Proficient in Coding (Python, VBA/SQL) and modelling with an interest for automation and optimisation.
- Exposure to Aladdin, Calypso, and/or portfolio management systems is a bonus.
