About You

  • Live in and can support customers in the Palmyra, Melville, Willagee, Kardinya, Bibra Lake, Spearwood, Hamilton Hill, Beaconsfield, Freemantle and surrounding areas
  • Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence and have access to your own vehicle (no international licences or shared vehicles)
  • Minimum 12 months experience in in‑home aged care or a similar role
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 12 pm - 8 pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters may be available)
  • Committed to working in in‑home aged care (not disability or residential facility care)

What We Offer

  • $34.77 to $34.93 per hour + super
  • Paid travel time + $1.38/km allowance
  • Permanent part‑time contracts: 20 – 50 hours per fortnight + flex‑up shifts
  • Stable hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Your Role

As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to older Australians in their homes.

  • Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
  • Medication assistance (where applicable)
  • Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Social support and companionship
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
