Australian Red Cross Lifeblood in Fremantle, WA, seeks a Session Leader to provide operational leadership at the Fremantle Donor Centre. Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, you will ensure the end-to-end donation experience is efficient, safe and of high quality.
You will coach and inspire the team, manage complex donor assessments, oversee phlebotomy, and uphold our safety standards while delivering a supportive donor journey.
