We provide a full range of investment banking services, including equity and debt financing, M&A advice, and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients. Our global operations in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific give us unparalleled reach, working on complex deals with some of the largest companies worldwide.

Corporate Finance is organized through global products and regional teams. As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will need initiative, integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM transactions with Financial Institutions clients
  • Support the FIG team in coverage of key accounts
  • Conduct sector and company research, financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior bankers during projects
  • Use sector knowledge to prepare client materials and support business opportunities
