Position Overview
Job Title Enterprise Architect Location London Corporate Title Vice President As an Enterprise Architect within Group Architecture – a division of Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) – you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture strategy across our Bank. You will work closely with teams across the Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Private Bank and Control Functions to deliver impactful solutions that drive innovation, efficiency and consistency. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and digitisation of Group Architectures architecture blueprint framework that captures the target state technology and application architecture across the bank
- Develop reusable architecture assets to improve delivery speed and consistency
- Ensure transparency between business priorities and the architecture and technology change
- Partner with technology teams in the bank to ensure identifiable actionable steps to move from the current to target state architecture
- Present architectural recommendations to both technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence
- Support project teams with architectural guidance, ensuring consistency and scalability across initiatives
Your Skills And Experience
- In-depth experience in financial services, with proven experience in defining architecture
- Proven ability to lead and influence across IT, business, and functional teams
- Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams alike
- Functional knowledge in one or more area of financial services
- Experience in frameworks and architectural best practices
