Position Overview

Synthix is a dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) startup revolutionising financial management by seamlessly integrating traditional banking services with cutting-edge automation and innovative software solutions. Synthix is a Deutsche Bank technology business that combines financial insights, optimised workflows, and a comprehensive suite of complementary services into a cohesive and streamlined experience for our clients.

As Head of Client and Business operations, you will be at the helm of our business and client operations. This role is pivotal in managing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to retention, while driving operational excellence and strategic growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage business operations, client operations, and the complete client lifecycle, ensuring processes are streamlined and performance metrics are met.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and best practices to elevate client satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Utilise analytics to monitor operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), inform strategic decisions, and optimise service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to drive initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Educated to bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/work experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in operations management within a SaaS or financial services environment.
  • Proven track record in managing complex operations and enhancing lifecycle processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and support/guide teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business analytics and operational management tools.
