Position Overview:
Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operation Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank. You will join the team as a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect/Design Authority Governance Lead. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the Enterprise Data Management Programme newly established Design Authority (DA). The DA is established to oversee data and architecture framework and tooling design decisions for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) across Deutsche Bank. You will work closely with the EDM Programme Leadership, the Chief Data Office, and the Group Data Council (GDC) Chair/Secretariat to ensure close alignment of topics. The GDC is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Data strategy, the target state operating model.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Architect/EDM Design Authority Chair to maintain the pipeline of design topics and problem statements, design progress and actions and provide regular reporting and visibility on design topics and issues to EDM programme leadership.
- Deep dive into design topics, as required to support Senior Leadership with design and curation of materials for decisioning.
- Curate options where required on request by design leads, support hands-on with presentations to inform decisioning.
- Drive all reporting for all design progress including owners/subject matter expert leads and timelines, ensure the design topics align into future Design Authority, maintain appropriate records for governance.
- Drive impact assessment and maintain actions for each design topic, ensuring that impacts are understood and shared with impacted areas.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Understanding of business architecture and/or Design Councils and governance, gained through prior architecture/design/governance roles.
- Familiarity with and understanding of data, data architecture, framework, policy design.
- Prior experience in project management, technical delivery or process management.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high performing transformation.
- Attention to detail, proven problem solving and conflict management skills, interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint Online).
