Deutsche Bank\’s Commercial Real Estate Group (CRE) provides financing to private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds, public corporations, and other professional investors owning or acquiring commercial real estate assets in all property types including hospitality, industrial & logistics, multifamily, student housing, office, and retail across Europe.
You will join the team in London as a Vice President/ Director level CRE Originator to help support our origination and underwriting team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting and presenting new deals to the senior members of the team. Preparing complex financial analysis and loan pricing models.
- Assisting senior members of the team in all aspects of transactions, including managing and obtaining internal partnership function approvals.
- Client interaction throughout a transaction timeline. Writing internal transaction summaries and credit memoranda.
- Coordinating transactions within tight timeframes, involving several groups within Deutsche Bank, syndicate investment partners and third-party advisors.
- Producing syndication presentations, case studies and marketing materials.
- Supporting ongoing asset management responsibilities.
Your Skills And Experience
- Highly developed organisational and project/time-management skills, with specific attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge/experience within the Real Estate industry with exposure to real estate financing. Knowledge/understanding of real estate valuations.
- Ability to conduct due diligence around credit quality and asset analysis.
- Numeracy, accuracy and Excel spreadsheet modelling experience. Clear business writing skills.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- Determination and commitment to complete tasks, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Additional language skills preferred.
