Their RTO delivers nationally accredited qualifications and a range of subsidised business advisory and support services.
THE POSITION
The organisation is now seeking a forward-thinking, analytical and results-driven Support & Compliance Manager to join the RTO team Docklands. This opportunity would suit someone with well-developed leadership skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to manage varied responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the RTO Support & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to Training Services to ensure compliance and quality measures are maintained against contractual and business requirements. You will also be responsible for effectively managing the RTO Support and Resource Development teams to facilitate their development and ensure objectives are achieved.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the role you need at least 3 years of experience leading a team coupled with a strong background in compliance. You will be able to quickly understand a range of contractual agreements and requirements, developing appropriate audit schedules to monitor adherence. With the fast-paced nature of the role, highly developed time-management and digital literacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and projects efficiently are crucial.
SALARY
The organisation offers above award salaries, and staff benefits including; salary packaging which can add up to $18,550 in tax-free pay per year; health and wellbeing initiatives; discounted private health insurance, staff reward schemes and more.
