We have an outstanding vacancy for a Supervisor (2:30am shift Mon-Fri, based at our StarTrack Wingfield facility) who will provide clear direction, accountability and collaboration across facility processing teams in alignment with business objectives.

You’ll also:

  • Be the topic matter expert in relevant area of responsibility to ensure operational and customer needs are aligned with delivery of high service quality.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including managing customer relationships in collaboration with commercial and customer service teams, as required.
  • Develop reports that provide statistical data and conduct trend analysis to assist in developing proactive and targeted improvement activities and programs within the local facility space.
  • Develop service improvement plans to address processing control issues and engage key stakeholders to implement improvement plans.
  • In collaboration with the Facility Manager, develop and align performance targets across safety, service and efficiency.
