Australia Chef Migration is recruiting an exceptional Executive Chef on behalf of one of Queensland's busiest and fastest growing hospitality operators.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a high performing Australian pub style kitchen producing up to 500 meals per day, while playing a key role in an exciting period of growth and expansion.

About the Role

As Executive Chef, you'll have full responsibility for all kitchen operations, leading a passionate team while delivering exceptional food quality, consistency, profitability, and a positive workplace culture.

Working closely with the owners and senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence menu direction, implement innovative systems, develop future culinary leaders, and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Has strong experience in Western cuisine - this is an essential requirement.

  • Possesses strong commercial acumen and understands food costs, labor management, and profitability.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
