About the Role

As a Director, Project and Export Finance (PEF), you will effectively grow the Corporate Finance (CF) Business Europe through the origination and execution of project and export Finance. This person will work as part of and alongside the other PEF and CF teams globally to ensure a seamless delivery of service to Corporate Finance Europe.

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

What will your day look like?

As a Director, Project and Export Finance your key day-to-day activities include:

  • Origination and execution role, credit analysis.
  • Preparation of pitching materials, term sheets and internal credit proposals including credit memorandums.
  • Financial modelling and documentation of facilities.
  • Booking of transactions, facilitating handovers, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Through origination and business development, contribute towards achievement of Corporate Finance Europe financial targets.
  • Enhancement of existing and development of new Corporate Finance revenue source.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong understanding and experience working within a Corporate Finance team environment.
  • Solid experience in transaction management including origination and transaction execution functions.
  • Experience of the European project finance market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modelling capability with deep specialised finance experience.
  • Advanced understanding of loan and security documentation.
  • Ability to develop, train and oversee more junior team members.
  • Knowledge of French or European languages would be a plus.
