An exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to join a leading global consultancy firm as a Recruitment Coordinator!

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Keeping the ATS updated, ensuring candidates progress through the relevant workflow steps

  • Completing all scheduling activities, including booking appropriate rooms or sharing Microsoft Teams links

  • Uploading and amending job descriptions on the company website and job boards, while managing multiple inboxes for applications

  • Scanning, saving, and printing documents accurately, ensuring all candidate materials are GDPR compliant

  • Collating and submitting critical paperwork to the relevant teams

  • Assisting team members with report production, data analysis, and data management

  • Coordinating with internal and external suppliers to ensure thorough event preparation and smooth execution

  • Assisting with recruitment screening calls for junior candidates during peak periods, with online and on-the-job training provided

  • Processing invoices and expenses in a timely manner using the online portal

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in diary management or high-volume scheduling

  • Skilled in scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Experienced in complex stakeholder management

  • Project and/or event coordination experience

  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Adaptable, with experience supporting up to four senior Talent and Recruitment professionals globally
