  • Providing HR administrative services to employees, following clearly defined processes in line with defined SLAs

  • Using systems, entering data into relevant systems, and ensuring data quality

  • Ensuring that administrative processes are undertaken in line with policy, e.g., right to work

  • Providing accurate and timely responses and communication with the workforce, responding to queries and requests as appropriate

  • Accurately maintaining data and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality

  • Providing answers with assurance based on data and understanding of policy and process

  • Opening (physical) correspondence and scanning/recording relevant materials

  • Preparing and sending (physical) correspondence required to complete processes accurately and on time

  • Working in partnership with colleagues to deliver good service

  • Producing Management Information (MI) reports and data from relevant systems to answer queries
