This is an exciting 12-month FTC opportunity as a Document Controller, working for a major fit out specialist company working on large scale projects., * Controlling document flow, ensuring all revision-controlled documents are administered and distributed promptly via internal systems

Auditing and monitoring revision-controlled documents, distributing them to the relevant project and design teams, including architects, structural engineers, and clients

Sending drawings out for copying, ensuring all project team members are working from the latest copy of drawings

Managing Requests for Information (RFI), logging them onto Project Plus

Setting up and maintaining a project start-up filing system in line with company procedures

Managing the production of an Operations and Maintenance (OM) manual with subcontractors, as well as managing approvals

Assisting with the preparation of sites for audits, checking filing systems, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures

Performing general secretarial duties, such as assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, arranging meetings, and answering incoming phone calls

Minimum 12 months of coordination and admin experience

Holding existing UK working rights

Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

High attention to detail and highly organised with a pro-active working style

Able to work in high-pressure and fast-paced environments

Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft 365, and able to quickly pick up on internal systems

Being comfortable working 5 days on site (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
