Are you passionate about connecting exceptional tech talent with innovative opportunities? Our client is seeking a Technical Sourcer to play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent across Technology, Data & AI functions. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll build strong candidate pipelines, champion best-in-class recruitment practices and help shape an outstanding employer brand.

Technical Sourcer Role:

  • Sourcing and engaging technology talent across Software Engineering, Product, Agile and Operations through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping techniques
  • Building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, delivery milestones and team objectives
  • Developing tailored sourcing strategies for each role, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and specialist platforms
  • Engaging with active and passive candidates to understand career goals and build long-term relationships
  • Promoting the employer's brand and technology roadmap to the external market
  • Utilising Pinpoint (ATS), technical assessments and video interviewing tools to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Working closely with the TA Coordinator to ensure timely and compliant offer processing, pre-employment screening and recruitment administration

Technical Sourcer Essentials:

  • Having prior experience within a tech start-up environment, ideally within a financial services firm
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Cord and Otta
  • Using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searching and market mapping
  • Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different areas of IT
  • Using applicant tracking systems, including Pinpoint
