TEAM COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organise team events, meetings, and offsite activities
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and efficiency
TEAM COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Previous experience in a team coordination, administrative, or project support role (preferably within a media, creative, or fast-paced environment)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
