TEAM ASSISTANT

A prestigious global investment bank is looking for a Team Assistant to join their Investment Banking Division. This exciting 6 to 18-month temporary role is your chance to shine and elevate your administrative career. If you have 1-2 years of experience in a people-focused role and are eager to take on new challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make your mark in the fast-paced world of finance!

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing diaries and calendars for bankers
• Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Handling high volumes of calls and emails, ensuring timely communication
• Booking rooms for meetings and VCs across various locations
• Arranging travel, visas, flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Managing expenses and preparing related documentation
• Supporting with ad hoc tasks and maintaining workflow
• Assisting teams with daily issues, needs, and queries
• Providing phone and holiday coverage for colleagues

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years in administrative, customer service, or fast-paced hospitality roles
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent tasks
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to support multiple teams
