TEAM ASSISTANT:\\nAre you fluent in German, French, Mandarin or Korean and looking to fast-forward your Assistant career with a prestigious global investment bank based in the Birmingham office?\\n\\nOur client is currently looking for a standout Team Assistant to join their high-performing and hardworking team on a 6-18-month temporary basis with the possibility of moving into a permanent position. This role is within the Investment Banking Division, working with a group of supportive Assistants who will provide support and guidance as you establish yourself.\\n\\nIf you have 6-12 months of experience in an Assistant role, looking after busy diaries and are happy to work in an office 5 days a week, this could be the job for you! Please do get in touch!\\n\\nTEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:\\n \\nDiary and calendar management for bankers at the Associate level \\nCoordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones \\nManaging a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner \\nCoordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations \\nCoordinating travel arrangements, including visa applications, flights, accommodation and car bookings \\nExpense management and preparation \\nTaking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:\\n \\nFluent in German, French, Mandarin or Korean and English \\nExcellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills \\nAble to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks, often independently \\nDemonstrates dependability and high attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask \\nDisplays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on the phone, via Zoom and by email at various levels \\nDiscretion to deal with confidential business matters \\nFriendly, polite and approachable with a “can-do, muck-in” attitude If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
