TEAM ASSISTANT A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the Asset Wealth Management division as a Team Assistant for 12 months with the potential to extend! TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE: Managing calendars proactively across multiple time zones, prioritising meeting requests, including coordination of complex meetings and phone and video conference calls Effectively managing a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening, and routing calls as needed, and taking detailed and accurate messages Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries Processing travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with expense guidelines Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group Assisting with other ad hoc projects and duties as requested Performing general tasks, including but not limited to, faxing, copying, archiving, and filing TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Willing to work 5 days in the office Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant supporting senior-level executives or a large team Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Advanced MS Office Skills If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
