TEAM ASSISTANT
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an experienced assistant to join their internal audit team on a temporary basis for 6 months. This opportunity will lead to the successful candidate supporting 4 different MDs, all with complex diaries and fast-paced ad hoc changes.
TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Providing administrative support to four managing directors in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinating complex internal and external meetings both in person and via Zoom
- Handling a high volume of requests and communicating with senior leadership in a professional manner
- Maintaining detailed calendars and prioritising meeting requests and related logistics
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing corresponding expense reports
- Preparing and distributing divisional correspondence, reports and other requested documents
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of firm policies to handle issues independently when appropriate
- Participating in general administrative duties to support the wider division, including ad hoc projects, committees and group events
- Partnering with other assistants across the division to ensure seamless operational coverage
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Communicating clearly and professionally with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Showing a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Taking a collaborative approach to work and building positive relationships across teams
- Bringing 4β5 years of experience working as an Assistant in fast-paced environments
- Possessing experience in the financial sector
