TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE ROLE

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate and early career roles
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through targeted outreach, referrals and research
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates, providing clear and structured evaluations
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring goals
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the process
