SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT An exciting 12-month FTC opportunity to join a leading global consultancy firm as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting VP and MD level executives! SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE: Providing high standards of administrative support to the company’s PMDs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of arrangements and documentation Organising internal and external meetings, including diary management and any required logistics Managing all aspects of expense processing, liaising with PMDs or suppliers to obtain missing receipts as needed Coordinating travel and accommodation, including visas, flights, hotel bookings, car transfers, taxis, and preparing travel packs and itineraries Producing, designing, formatting, and collating documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or liaising with the Design team to ensure brand-compliant formatting Assisting with practice development activities, such as external marketing events and initiatives, working with Marketing and Administrative Senior Professionals to organise logistics, venues, and mailshots Organising internal events like team-building activities, lunches, and staff away days as required Managing the Radius database, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of Director activities and contacts Ensuring timely and accurate entry of time for PMDs Producing correspondence, including emails and letters, and liaising with clients professionally over the phone, email, and in person Liaising with support teams (IT, Legal, OM & Facilities, HR) to meet business needs Providing holiday and sickness cover for Assistants and helping other team members when necessary Completing ad hoc tasks as required, such as printing, binding, and scanning SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Minimum of 5 years supporting VP or MD level as an Executive or Personal Assistant Minimum of 10 years in Executive, Team, or Personal Assistant roles Skilled in complex travel arrangements, including time zones, visas, accommodation, and itineraries Proficient in complex diary management Project management experience Events management experience Previous experience in large or global companies SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT BENEFITS: Private Medical Insurance to employee and family Dental Insurance to employee and family Leisure and Travel Insurance to employee and family Season Ticket Loan Government Tax Free Childcare My Gym Discounts Aon Discounts Life Insurance Income Protection Business Travel and Medical Benefits Abroad Pension – employers 6% employees 3% If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
