SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT An exciting 12-month FTC opportunity to join a leading global consultancy firm as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting VP and MD level executives! SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE: Providing high standards of administrative support to the company’s PMDs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of arrangements and documentation Organising internal and external meetings, including diary management and any required logistics Managing all aspects of expense processing, liaising with PMDs or suppliers to obtain missing receipts as needed Coordinating travel and accommodation, including visas, flights, hotel bookings, car transfers, taxis, and preparing travel packs and itineraries Producing, designing, formatting, and collating documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or liaising with the Design team to ensure brand-compliant formatting Assisting with practice development activities, such as external marketing events and initiatives, working with Marketing and Administrative Senior Professionals to organise logistics, venues, and mailshots Organising internal events like team-building activities, lunches, and staff away days as required Managing the Radius database, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of Director activities and contacts Ensuring timely and accurate entry of time for PMDs Producing correspondence, includ…
