SENIOR BID COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Managing day-to-day studio operations, facilities, onboarding activities and workspace planning to ensure an organised and professional working environment.
  • Supporting Business Unit Leadership and the Operations Principal through coordinating priorities, diaries, meetings and administrative activities.
  • Coordinating project reviews, tracking actions and supporting Project Managers with programme, resourcing and financial information within CMap.
  • Assisting with project governance, financial administration, invoicing preparation and commercial reporting while promoting compliance and consistency.
  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation and information management processes, including document control within Common Data Environments (CDEs).
  • Preparing reports, presentations, submissions, meeting papers, agendas and minutes to support project and business objectives.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency and ways of working across the studio.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for operational, administrative and business support queries, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing issues through to resolution.

SENIOR BID COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Demonstrating previous experience in bid coordination and management, ideally within the architectural industry.
  • Demonstrating strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Applying excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels and adapting communication styles to suit different audiences.
  • Using procurement portals to support bid and tender processes.
  • Utilising CMAP and Open Asset systems, where desirable experience is required.
