Roadshow Assistant Role:

  • Managing all logistics surrounding non-deal roadshows
  • Ensuring all information included in scheduling systems is current
  • Managing all last-minute changes and ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times
  • Updating internal systems post-event with final attendees
  • Suggesting flights, booking hotels, booking ground transfers, coordinating AV requirements, arranging visas and booking catering for in-person roadshows
  • Preparing investor profiles and printing presentations
  • Reconciling expenses post-roadshow
  • Ensuring calendar invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars for virtual roadshows
  • Coordinating virtual connections for all meetings during virtual roadshows
  • Demonstrating flexibility to travel to London during busy periods and on an ad hoc basis throughout the year
