An exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a vibrant residential community team. As a key part of day-to-day operations, you'll help create a welcoming, safe, and exceptional living experience for residents while delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint. This hands-on role is ideal for an enthusiastic and proactive team player who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to a positive and engaging community environment.

RESIDENT SERVICES ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring effective communication with residents and maintaining accurate records, logs and booking systems.
  • Managing resident enquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
  • Handling post, parcels, correspondence and administrative documentation while maintaining GDPR compliance.
  • Raising and coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and supporting property upkeep and resident services.
  • Supporting apartment move-ins, move-outs, inspections, inventory management and re-letting processes.
  • Conducting health and safety checks, maintaining compliance records and following operational procedures and risk assessments.
  • Carrying out regular site inspections, supporting property viewings and working closely with management teams to deliver high service standards.

RESIDENT SERVICES ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

  • Demonstrating at least two years of experience in a customer-facing or building management role.
  • Maintaining an open, friendly and approachable manner.
  • Applying a proactive, problem-solving and goal-focused approach to work.
  • Delivering professional communication via phone, email and in person with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working as a dependable, enthusiastic and dedicated team player.
  • Using Microsoft Office confidently and efficiently.
  • Adapting quickly to and learning new systems and processes.
